Sorry to say but the water system here needs to be checked. The showers smell like sewers, and the water does too. Soon as you walk in, you smell it, and the odor becomes increasingly horrendous the further you walk into the shower and restroom area. I had to do a 34, so I was there a day and a half with a load to Canada and I was pissed. I appreciated the woman spraying the sanitizer in the showers as she was cleaning them, but the issue is deeper then that. As a woman trucker, this was alarming. Please contact the state and get the system cleaned.

I had some low tire pressure. I came in here to get air and every one of their hoses are cut or broken management needs to get their head out of you know what and get this stuff fixed so we can have air at the pumps. The only reason I come to Pilot is because they have air. Plus the parking lot has huge holes in it. I’ll go to loves.

Do you think you could make the shower rooms a little warmer? (Sarcasm). It’s so hot in the shower rooms, you pretty much need another shower by the time you get done getting dressed. I was literally sweating standing still with just my underwear on. If I wanted a sauna, I’d ask for it.I have a thermometer in my gym bag which I forgot to take out from something else, it is 30°C/86°F in here

!!!Water Shutoff!!! Without warning they turn off the water, if you’re doing laundry when they shut water off, they only refund the amount for the washer which is expected, but no reimbursement for detergent. Double Waste of time and money because I had to make sure detergent was rinsed out if there was any left on my clothes from when the washer threw an error and shut off automatically. They should’ve had it better planned for shutting off the water with at least an hour or two in advance warning to avoid inconvenience for drivers needing to shower or do laundry.

Flying J Travel Center is convenient for travelers with plenty of services and fuel options. However, I noticed that the credit card machine at the gas pumps was covered with dirt and spider webs, which was quite unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness. The staff seemed friendly, but the outdoor equipment definitely needs better maintenance.
